This agreement applies to every tutor who publishes courses on Edusy (operated by StatX), in addition to the Terms & Conditions.
1Approval and verification
Every tutor account is reviewed and approved before it goes live; approval is enough to start teaching. The Verified badge is optional: apply on the Apply for Verified page with your NID or student ID, CV, portfolio, proof of teaching and a short demo video. Edusy may refuse or remove any tutor or badge.
2Fees and commission
There is no joining or monthly fee. For every sale, you receive 95% and Edusy keeps 5% as its commission.
3Payouts
Earnings become available for withdrawal 7 days after a sale, after the refund window. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. You can withdraw to bKash, Nagad or a bank account. Make sure your payout details are correct; Edusy is not responsible for payments sent to details you entered.
4Your responsibilities
- Deliver every class you advertise, on time, on Google Meet.
- Keep course descriptions, prices and schedules accurate.
- Treat students with respect. Never ask students to pay outside Edusy.
- Only upload material you have the right to use.
- An optional WhatsApp group you share is your responsibility.
5Refunds
When a refund is approved under the Refund Policy, the refunded amount is deducted from your balance. Repeated refunds lower your search ranking.
6Ranking
Search ranking considers reviews, active batches, enrollments, student retention, verification, profile completeness, refunds and demo availability. Edusy may adjust ranking to protect students.
7Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time after finishing your running batches. Edusy may suspend accounts that break this agreement. Earned balances are paid out after any refunds are settled.
